21st century is the age of information, to master certain information technology is a basic requirement of talent, the development is in transition period in our country, urgently needs innovative talents to promote the all-round development of our country, which requires education workers in training talents pay attention to the development of their innovative consciousness and innovative practice ability exercise. At present, our country middle and primary school information technology curriculum of basic USES the traditional teaching mode, which are unfavorable to the cultivation of students’ innovative thinking.In the study, with the school teachers, students and relevant personnel of cooperation with the company completed according to the Scratch in teaching analysis, teaching design, teaching implementation, teaching evaluation and so on. In the process of research, we have different division of labor, the micro cooperation with classmates to finish class I need course resources "meow package". In the process of curriculum implementation, the emphases and difficulties in view of the students have questions knowledge to explain.In the study, no continuation of existing programming as the core of the teaching mode, created a Scratch as innovation practice tools of the new teaching pattern, developing students’ multiple intelligences through the teaching design and implementation process summed up a more perfect teaching mode suitable for primary and middle school information technology courses. Theme in the form of group cooperation study, each subject is divided into basic creative form, creative, review and processing, collaboration to complete the works, works display and review, modification and display the five links, the teaching effect is better, the students’ innovative thinking and operation ability greatly.
