To the young children, everything is unknown, fresh and interesting in the world. They are curious about everything around them, full of doubt. They always wanted to feel, have a look, question personally. Questioning mind is an important characteristic of children. For the children, questioning mind is a special significance to ask a question. It was driven by curiosity. they ask questions actively, so as to grow and develop continuously. The content of the children’s questions precisely reflect the characteristics of children’s development and interest. The research of children’s questions content will help understand the characteristics of the young children’s development.This research with qualitative study as the main research method, with the method of observation and interview method, based on the large, medium and small classes, a total of 96 kindergarten children system observation, interviews and three teachers, to encode the collected data, and the collected data by using spss13.0 statistical analysis and processing, get the following conclusion:First, young children in the garden cognitive level questions less number and frequency of generally low, cognitive questions content generation is relatively small, but the question is very rich in content.Second, the children in the garden types can be divided into one of the knowledge of cognitive level problem, reasoning originally understanding the problem, thinking action to explore three categories and external concept problems, intrinsic nature, reasons and explore the relationship between problem solving strategy, principle rules, questions six; In the majority with reason interpreted.Thirdly, different age children’s cognitive level of questions exist significant differences, and overall, as the growth of the age, the number of children’s cognitive level questions and problem of frequency increasing, the cognitive level problem type development trend gradually by the low degree of thinking involved in question to the high degree of thinking involved in the problemFouthly, children in the garden, the cognitive level of questions have significant differences, overall question is better than the boy girl, and boy mentioned questions involved in more advanced thinkingFifth, the children’s favorite in the context of outdoor activities, the question, children’s question types under different situation in different preferences; But the question of frequency in different situation between gender, age, and not necessarily linked.
