This paper makes teaching practice analysis and research about chemistrycurriculum in senior two grade of Shizong NO.1school through Guided LearningPlan methods. It interprets Guided Learning Plan based on the principles ofdialectical materialism on the internal and external causes, psychology and teachingoptimization theory. It tries to solve the following issues: how to apply and developGuided Learning Plan in school chemistry teaching effectively; how to solve theproblems encountered in practical teaching about Guided Learning Plan; whetherGuided Learning Plan can improve learning autonomy for students.Guided Learning Plan is conducive to converse status of students in classroom,improve the school’s overall teaching standards and enhance teaching ability andteaching standards for teachers through chemistry teaching practice research.Compared with the score of traditional teaching significantly, Guided Learning Planhas enhanced emotion communication and relationships between teachers andstudents, which greatly improves the efficiency of the classroom.
