Subjective well-being is to make the overall evaluation according to theevaluators’ own custom criteria, experience and cognition. The evaluation includestwo aspects, one is emotion, the other is a sense of life satisfaction.Specificallydivided into personal feelings, interpersonal emotional organization of lifesatisfaction, life events satisfaction and overall life satisfaction. Subjectivewell-being evaluators of self, social relations, the social structure of a subjectivereflection. By this subjective reflection, the researchers learned that the evaluator’spersonality structure, experience, interpersonal process, social cognitive processescan also learn evaluators’ inner objective world form. Therefore we can say,subjective well-being is an subjective reflection to the objective world.In this paper, the subjective well-being definition, the theoretical model,influencing factors, interventions, research methods and other analyses, the use ofhomemade subjective well-being questionnaire-Railway crew subjective well-beingquestionnaire, investigating railway crew subjective well-being, analyzingsociological quantitative, describing the characteristics of a railway crew subjectivewell-being, analyzing factors of affecting railway crew subjective well-being,enhance the the railway crew subjective well-being strategy method. This paper aimsto use theories and research methods of subjective well-being, to investigate cases ofrailway crew status and characteristics of subjective well-being, to understand thethe railway attendant psychological structure, interpersonal mode and look at thesocial structure and subjective well-being relations, the development ofcountermeasures to increase the well-being available for corporate use, so as toenhance the railway crew psychological quality of life as well as enhance the senseof life satisfaction.
