After the Second World War, with the recovery of various countries’economic,the significant changes have taken place in education field. Especially sinceChina’s reform and opening-up, the socialist market economic system hasestablished and perfected, the social economy, the science and the technologyobtained the unprecedented development, but the traditional teachers training modeexposed its cultivation weakness gradually, the training of teachers is not fit for thedemand of the social and economic development, the new training teachers are weakat the ability of adaptation and the ability of practice,this phenomenon affect thequality of basic education directly. insist on the basis of education services; Adheringto the southwest united university spirit, follow the rules of the development of highernormal education, based on close to the yunnan education development needs as thefoothold, to deepen the reform of the personnel training mode as the breakthroughpoint, trying to build a multi-level, professional, open and integrated characteristics ofthe modern teacher education system.This study based on the history of yunnan normal university teachers’ educationdevelopment, the present situation, problems and causes, according to the theory ofeducation, teacher education theory, regional theory, development theory as thetheoretical basis, mainly using literature method, survey method, comparative methodand other research methods, analysis of the historical background of the developmentof yunnan, yunnan normal university, the development level of the existing combinedwith the actual needs of the current teacher education reform and development,systematically studied the yunnan normal university education training mode. Thethesis mainly includes five parts. A, for domestic and foreign to teacher educationtraining mode of combing with yunnan province characteristics of teacher educationdevelopment and the analysis of the background. Mainly by the current situation ofthe development of normal colleges and universities characteristic, difficulty and thechallenges and opportunities, internal and external conditions, advantages anddevelopment trend of characteristic is analyzed and discussed, grasp the overall trendin the development of normal colleges and universities, the purpose is to meet theoverall requirements of college education development, to follow the law of educationand the entire social economy development and the actual demand, to yunnan normaluniversity teacher education training mode provides a practical basis in the research of the development of the characteristic; Second, through to in the new era under thebackground of the teacher education training mode analyzed the background, concept,principle, characteristics, strengthen the research on teacher education training modetheory, to construct science teacher education training mode provides the theoreticalbasis; Three, through to the yunnan normal university personnel training mode ofhistory back, studies teacher teacher training mode of historical evolution, reveal theproblems of yunnan normal university personnel training mode, draw lessons fromsuccess and make up the shortfall, thinking about the development direction ofteacher education training mode in the future. Four, through to the yunnan normaluniversity teacher education training mode the status quo of investigation, analysis thecause of the current teacher education training mode and the existing problems. Five,this study is based on the current problems of teachers and the characteristics of thedevelopment practice of Yunnan Normal University, to propose an effective way forteachers’ education personnel training mode reform and innovation.
