The purpose of the paper is to construct a new system of teacher-training modes which is adaptive to the situation of China. The paper mainly consists of five parts: the first part is the preface in which the background and the inevitability of the innovation of teacher-training modes in normal university in China are concerned with. The second part is mainly about the evolvement of teacher-training modes i n the US, the UK and Japan with the historic method and comparative method. In the third part, we will make the depiction and analys is of the history, actuality, and put forward the main problems of teacher-training modes of normal university in China by ways of document-referring and interviewing. The content of the forth part is about how to construct a so-called "crossroads" system which consists of mode"3+1", "4+1", "4+2"and "4+3" from the view of aim of training, college entrance qualification, ways of training and curriculum arrangement. The last part isto introduce the condition and the safeguard of the new system of teacher-training mode and the problems we should pay attention to.
