Approaches toward learning is one of the important areas of study and development by early childhood education in the study of readiness for school, and permeated in top five of early education areas.Meanwhile, the key role of approaches toward learning is keen on increase the academic records and develop the study capability in the further. The objectives of our research on the approaches toward learning are draw to improve the quality of study. On the one hand our research explores the external factors influence on the quality of study, therefore external factors changes can direct affect the increase study quality, it is also the direction of the study quality research. The external factors are mainly focus on the family sector which includes family economic status, family upbringing and family conventions, etc.Relativity, there are internal factors as well, such as temperament types of children, personality and other comparatively stable factors, we can’t change it completely, but we can put these stable factors like temperament types conduct as dividing basis. According to understanding the different type of study characteristics which it is beneficial to teacher and parent practice tailor teaching methods in reality. Moreover, based on the different temperament type of children can create more effective strategies of teaching by study quality. Thereby target education can promote all study quality in a further stage.This research is conduct feasible research method, randomly selected the target of the Shanxi Normal University and Northwestern Poly-technical University’s children and parents. Firstly experimentation and observation methods are considered as evaluate the approaches toward learning of children. Afterward, questionnaire is be used by this research to investigated the children’s temperament type.The results of this study are as follows:(1) The approaches toward learning of the internal structure:approaches toward learning’s core factor is curiosity and interest and initiative, there is a very close correlation between curiosity and interest, initiative and perseverance and attention, and persistence and attention create a close relationship with the invention and reflection and interpretation. (2)5-6years old children’s approaches toward learning overall level is on the high side and the uneven level of development of the five dimensions are more than the median2points, with the average of these three dimensions of interest and curiosity, initiative and perseverance and attention are3points, reaching a high level. Specifically, the curiosity and interest in this dimension is the highest average, the lowest average is reflection and interpretation.(3)5-6year old children of different genders in five dimensions of approaches toward learning of curiosity and interest, initiative, persistence and attention, creativity and invention and reflection and interpretation are no significant differences relations(4) Different temperament types of child care quality in the four dimensions of approaches toward learning that curiosity and interest, initiative, persistence and attention and reflection and interpretation are significant different, easy to raise children’s approaches toward learning are in the highest level in all the dimensions, while difficult to raise children are at the lowest level, the intermediate and slow to start children are in the middle level of the approaches toward learning, In particular, the middle type children are above slow to start type infants in initiative and creation and invention, and slow to start type children’s curiosity and interest, persistence and attention and reflection and interpretation are higher than the middle type.(5)The characteristics of approaches toward learning of different temperament types is:easy to raise young children have strong curiosity, great initiative, and persistence and attention are greatly affected by the curiosity and interest, have particularly strong perseverance on curious things, and explain ability is very good, but the creativity and imagination is general. Slow start children’s curiosity is not strong, can arouse their interest in things less, initiative is poor, but have good adherence and attention, and rich imagination and creativity. Difficult to raise children’s curiosity is not strong, poor initiative, to new things sometimes reject and refuse, attention and adherence is poor also, reflection and explanation ability is general, basically can explain themselves, creativity, imagination is also bad.
