Temperament is mainly inherited and makes each person a certain uniqueness,which is most directly influenced by parents.Kindergarten teachers are the core elements of class management.The teachers working in the kindergarten all have their own temperament types.Is there a correlation and what is the interaction influence between the temperament types of teachers and the kindergarten teacher class management styles? This is the focus of this study.First of all,the research on temperament type and class management at home and abroad has been very mature,but the research on analyzing kindergarten class management style by temperament type has not seen relevant reports.Secondly,the kindergarten teachers' class management styles embody many aspects,including communication and cooperation with children,parents and colleagues,which has important research value.Finally,in order to further enrich and expand the empirical theory of kindergarten teachers' class management style is of great significance,this study aims to explore the correlation between them and put forward Suggestions and countermeasures to solve the problem.According to the different nature of kindergartens and the level of teachers,this study adopts the method of random sampling,taking 100 kindergarten teachers as the research objects,and uses the methods of observation,questionnaire and interview to explore the relationship between teacher's temperament types and kindergarten teacher's class management styles.99 questionnaires were collected and 1 invalid questionnaire was eliminated,so the effective rate of the questionnaire was 98%.Three teachers in small class,three teachers in middle class and two teachers in large class were observed and interviewed in the questionnaire.The conclusion was that the influence of four different temperament types on kindergarten teachers' class management styles were unbalanced.In terms of temperament type and class management style of kindergarten teachers,the temperament type of mucous and bloody teachers is significantly related to the class management style of kindergarten teachers,and to a certain extent affects the class management style of kindergarten teachers.The distribution of kindergarten teachers' class management style isreflected in the dominant position of "professional teacher-loving teacher",followed by "conformist teacher",and finally "passive teacher".Therefore,temperament types are correlated with kindergarten teachers' class management styles,which may be one of the important factors leading to the good and bad kindergarten teachers' class management style.According to the conclusion of this study,practical suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to avoid the emergence of bad kindergarten teachers' class management style by combining with their own work experience,educational psychology and theories related to class management style.
