Biology originated in ancient times, which is based on experiments and observations, is a relatively old course, but it formed in modern times, and developed in the contemporary, is a relatively young course. Therefore, in the course of knowledge discovery, technology and the research methods are also development, at the same time, contains the different biological scientists who in different society debate, the innovation and their active mind and spirit. The scientific development, and the development of human thought in the accumulation of a wealth of content to build the history of biological science, which has an important educational in science education and improve student literacy in biological. In biology curriculum reform implementation in our country, in March2003, the ministry of education issued "ordinary high school biology curriculum standard (test)", point to the part of the history of biology science content in high school and teaching cases. And puts forward Suggestions:should be seriously complete biological science content, should be combined with teaching reference for these who did not instance made no mention of other content.Found in the teaching process, teaching of the history of biological science in high school could be improved. In order to optimize the teaching of the history of biological science in high school, studied starting from the teacher’s teaching, teaching high school biology based on thinking and feelings of biological science history, the choice of literature research and case study method of teaching the theory of education, new curriculum ideas, teaching strategies and learning cut method to explore the history of biological science teaching and instructional design features of the basic requirements, try to analyze the problem of teaching, research and analyze some representative cases of biological science history teaching, biological science history teaching practice based on this study proposes and optimize the teaching strategy.The main contents of this paper are consists of five parts:The first part are questions, research content, meaning and methods. The second part is to define the concept and theoretical basis, mainly to explain the history of biological science, the definition of teaching cases, discuss the teaching theories. The third part is based on the new curriculum theory and teaching theory, determine the history of biological science teaching analysis indicators, discusses the history of biological science teaching design. The fourth part is analyzing the teaching case. With specific teaching cases discussed three aspects. First, the history of biological science teaching practice, study from the design and implementation of the "three-dimensional object", choices of teaching cases, explained the history of biological science to achieve teaching objectives; Second, the low level of inquiry-based learning, combined with selected case studies, discusses the history of biological science students focus on learning the culture of thinking, effective classroom exploration activities; Third is the history of science teachers in the creative use of textbooks and reference books in biology, students use historical activities or after-school job as an example, discusses the rational use of biological science facts. The fifth part includes practical research and recommendations put forward feasible suggestions.Through analyzing the case of the history high school biology science teaching and relevant teaching practice, and get the following conclusion, due to insufficient of historical reserves between teachers and students, limited class and the college entrance examination mechanism, teaching problems such as teaching as the low degree of exploration, using historical unreasonable, but these problems can be resolved.
