With many years of educational workers’collective endeavor, new curriculumreform of political educational course has already got much effect. Among this, thereform of teaching design is more profound. Combining teaching art with teachingscience then putting it into teaching design can not only help students learndisciplinary knowledge better, but also it is the efficient path to improveteachers’professional literacy. Excellent teaching design is the key factor of successfulClassroom Teaching, and it is also the embody of teachers’teaching idea, reflectingteachers’value pursuit. At the same time, it can promote students intiativedevelopments and embody their “personal” life consciousness. The details of teachingdesign contains design of teaching aims, teaching strategies, teaching steps and otherteaching links. It certainly need systematic and detailed analysis of teaching materialsand learning quality. Under the new curriculum ideas, teachers and students shouldobserve equal and harmonious relations between them. During Classroom Teaching,political teachers should lead students to express their subjectivity, transferstudents’learning enthusiasm, stimulate their learning warmth. At right time, teachersshould inspire students, treat serving study as their own duty from beginning to end,pay more attention to the students’three reflections’establish and roundly trainstudents’comprehensive abilities. All of these should be appeared in teaching design.This paper is to study the content of teaching design. The object of study is animportant teaching design whose technical requirements are the most difficult inteaching. The example of the paper is from Unit Three Lesson Eight Financial andRevenue of ideological and political classes Obligatory One Economic Life. Thispaper consists of four chapters. The first chapter will analyze teaching method andlearning method in Financial and Revenue, from the view of status and effect, listinglecture method and discussion method of teaching method and self-educated reading method and survey method of learning method, and also unscramble the meaning ofthese methods. The third chapter is the central and the most important part of thispaper. In this part it will amply state teaching design in Financial and Revenue, at thesame time, making the students take part in it and experience it fully. It consists of thedesigns of preview’s learning cases, Classroom Teaching’s process, blackboardwriting and typical example’s selection, showing completely the teaching design inFinancial and Revenue. The fourth chapter will introspect the effect of teaching afterpracticing teaching design of Financial and Revenue in classrooms, containinginnovative and deficient parts of this teaching design.This paper amply shows the study of teaching design of ideological and politicalclasses as the example of practical courses, stating every steps of teaching design inFinancial and Revenue, at last summarizing and rethinking profoundly this teachingdesign’s process and effect, so as to encourage together with all the educators.
