this paper use literature method, fieldwork method and logic analysis and other research methods to Chengdu Jinjiang34primary schools for the study, according to the Jinjiang District elementary schools geographical characteristics and activities of selected parts of three patches Jinjiang District elementary schools, part of the school were extracted from each district school6a total of18primary schools as a key research object to carry out the research. Content choice, from big recess activities mainly in martial arts, folk activities,special exercises,ball games,track and field mainly five categories, each category sample of2-5primary research. In the research on the basis of analysis the factors affecting the development of jinjiang district elementary school big recess features, the results showed that:(1) The big recess jinjiang district elementary school sports activities to carry out certain characteristics;(2) The jinjiang district elementary school big recess activities of the organization construction is relatively perfect, with a clear division of responsibilities,the organization process reasonable structure,task clear;(3)The contents of a large recess Jinjiang District Elementary demand-led mode options include content selection,conditional dominant mode of content selection and dominant mode, the contents of the target to select three modes;(4) Jinjiang district elementary school big recess activity model mainly includes three modes:the end of the activity mainly follow the rules of sports load model, mainly to follow the law of students’skill formation activity patterns and mainly follows the laws of students’ psychological activity pattern;(5) Jinjiang district elementary school big recess activity evaluation mainly manifests the multivariate evaluation subject, evaluation form double review complementary and evaluation guidance on incentives and so on three features;(6) Affecting jinjiang district elementary school big recess activities to carry out the main factors are:the degree of attention of school leaders, venues and equipment, not PE teachers’professional quality, organization, management and evaluation system is not perfect, the related research and learning opportunities are less and student safety issues. etc.And on this basis proposed Jinjiang District elementary features large recess sports development ideas:(1) to establish a scientific management and evaluation mechanisms;(2) creative use of space and equipment conditions;(3)adjust measures to local conditions and multidimensional mining resources;(4)strengthen teachers’ proficiency training;(5) improve the safety plan, strengthen medical supervision.
