| The big recess activity is a new form of extracurricular sports activities for primary and middle school students in our country,which ensures that the students have sufficient time for exercise during their stay in school through the activities of large recess.Compared with the traditional form of recess activities,the new form of large recess activities more abundant,more flexible organization,more appropriate sports intensity,not only can play a role in regulating students ’ intense learning,but also promote students to master basic Sports health knowledge and basic skills.Large recess activities are also a campus culture,students in the wonderful music,cheerful beat accompanied by the stretch of posture,showing the vitality of youth.It helps students to develop a positive outlook on life and lifelong sports consciousness.This paper selects 12 primary schools in Wuchang district of Wuhan City to investigate the development of its large recess activities.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,Mathematical Statistics,logical analysis and so on,this paper makes a detailed investigation and study on the time,organization form,activity content and influencing factors of 12 primary schools,and summarizes the six more mature models,summed up its successful experience,good practices,Typical cases,refined,recommended schools at all levels to learn and learn from the model.The study draws the following conclusions:1.Most primary schools in wuchang district have enough time for major recess activities;The main forms of major class break activities include "school collective,grade group,class group,level group,cooperation group,interest group",etc.The content of the activities during the break is rich,mainly in gymnastics,mainly in aerobics,martial arts,rhythmic gymnastics,followed by ball activities,mainly in football,basketball,and rope skipping as an emerging project is also more,compared with the traditional ethnic games are less.2.Most primary school leaders in wuchang district attach great importance to the activities between classes;The vast majority of physical education teachers have a relatively adequate understanding of the activities between classes.The primary school students have a healthy and clear goal to participate in the activities between classes.There is still a certain gap between the projects carried out and students’ interests and hobbies.Some primary school students still hold a negative attitude towards the activities between classes.The school sports field is mostly outdoor,and the number of outdoor ball field is limited.3.The six modes are summarized as "edutainment mode,cooperative learning mode,school-based curriculum assistance mode,development technology mode,development physical ability mode and combination of main and minor items".Among the six modes,the most popular ones are edutainment mode,cooperative learning mode,development technology mode and combination of main and minor items.In view of the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Leaders of all types of schools at all levels should deepen their understanding of the activities of large classes from the ideological level,and pay fundamental attention to the development of activities.2.The content of the activities during the big break should be chosen according to the students’ likes and interests,do a good job in student research,enrich the content of the activities during the big break,and add games and traditional ethnic projects.3.Each school should choose a suitable pattern of activities between classes according to the actual situation of the school,and change the activities regularly.It is suggested that we refer to the cooperative learning model and promote the experience of skipping rope cooperative learning. |
