At present, most of the high schools in our country use the class teaching system. During the teaching activities in the class, each geography teacher has to face dozens of students, as a result, the differences between students are often ignored, which makes certain students passive in their study. The study of Geographic learning case has drawn much attention of geography teaching researchers.Based on the previous research, this paper tries to combine the field cognition mode and Geographic learning case together.With the combination of test investigation and quantitative analysis, this paper is aimed to tell the differences of field cognitions which are under different forms of Geographic learning cases.The followings are the results:1.Under the different forms of Geographic learning case text-based, image-based and text&image based, field-independent students and field-dependent students have different learning effects.2. To the students who are in different field types, the learning effects of three types of geography learning case are also different. Moreover, this paper discusses the reasons of the existence of the differences, which include the students’field cognition mode, the teachers’ field cognition mode, the forms of Geographic learning cases and so on. Based on these reasons, this paper reveals the impact of field cognition mode on students’learning, and then makes a series of matching strategy recommendations, To illustrate the point more detailed, this paper explains them from the teaching goal setting, teaching process implementation and teaching evaluation.
