The political stability, economic development, cultural prosperity of Tang Dynasty, laid the material and cultural foundation for the formation and development of children’s education ideas. Children’s Book of Tang Dynasty tremendous development over the previous generation, in terms of ideological content richer and system integration of teaching content codification attention scholarship, Slim and loyalty thinking, so that children are subtle influence in the daily learning process. Meanwhile, the childish educational literature sustains a lot of educating children, the ideological content of life skills, focusing on children feudal ethics indoctrination. Tang is clearly aware of the importance of children moral training and character’s education, and build up to the family norms of ethics and self-cultivation as the main content of the family motto ideology in family education. It will encourage children to learn studious mien, participate in examinations by reading and study, to achieve the purpose of the family line; encourage children’s aspirations on the other hand, the education of their interaction with others the truth. Although the children’s education thought in the tang overall reflect obvious tendency of feudal ethics and the pragmatism of the utilitarian color, but to respect children’s physical and mental development characteristics, arouse children’s interest, according to their aptitude, education content should conform and life as well as the education methods should be flexible and varied thoughts, has important reference value to the current children’s education.
