AbstractThe childrell education documents of the Shu and Tang Dynasties have manyskyscraPing hiStorical vaues. They came from those of the Qin and Han Dynasies,and brough uP those of the Sollg, YUan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. They lied in the ydevelopmental and transfedrig period of the hiStory of the children educationdocuments. The children education documents began to classify from the Shui andTang Dynasties, the kinds of the contents wer increasing, Ths paper eded thechildren educational documents of the Shul and Tan Dynasties from the followingasPectS: the investing of their headstream, the researching of the their contents, theanalyzing of the their characters. Those books helPed us gain the whole twression of the children -educational documents of the Shul and Tang DynaShes. On the asPects ofresearhing contents, this paPer took the Shul and Tang Dynasties as the trMitingand transferring of ereatin the children educational documen in histOry anddivided the children educational documents into literay education, knoWedge,education and moral education.l1By lucubrating separately such three kinks of documents, I draw the conclusion that literacy education was stressed before the Shui and Tang Dynasties, that Knowledge education and moral education were paid equal attention to in the Shui and Tang Dynasties, and that moral education was emphasized gradually after the Shui and Tang Dynasties. The moral education on children taught children the daily right behaviors and how to conduct and walk in the Shui and Tang Dynasties, mot like such way that feudalism ethic education was blindly emphasized in afterworld.This paper analyzed elaborately the characters of the children educational documents of the Shui and Tang Dynasties, from such aspects as contents, arrangements, authors, effects on aftertime, and buzzing ranges, by contrasted the documents of this period with the pervious periods, the characters of the documents of this period were stood outing clearly. Especially, the points of views were more reliable and persuasive because the conclusions were come from the historical materials by analyzing the author抯 identities and listing the tables. In a word, we should put a correct attitude on the children educational documents of the Shui and Tang Dynasties, study and analyze them, make choicely use of them; we should carry forward the ethnologic soul of our Chinese culture; we should keep the splendidly intensive and abundant parts of our national culture forever, which are the main points of this paper.
