With the development of times, people pay more attention to the quality of education, as well as the development of personality and wisdom. Some scholars point out that, the human culture in the21st century is transforming from knowledge culture to wisdom culture. The cultivation of "wise man" has become an urgent need for the development of the times. However, examining our current Chinese classroom teaching in the primary schools, the main value orientation still focuses on the imparting of knowledge and the training of skills. It "unifies the rich cultural, aesthetic and practical natures of Chinese teaching onto the level of knowledge". Fundamentally, it has lost the overall care for the existence of life and intellectual development of all the students. Education should actively adapt to the development of the times, and shifts from the education of purely imparting knowledge to the education of cultivating wisdom. Thus, the teaching wisdom in the Chinese classroom of primary schools becomes particularly critical. The research contents of this paper are divided into three parts:The first part is a reflection of the Chinese classroom teaching in the primary schools. No matter before or since the new curriculum reform, the biggest drawback of Chinese teaching is that it pays too much attention to the imparting of knowledge, but ignores the cultivation of students’ wisdom, making the students gradually lose their dominant position, independent personality, and even spirit freedom. The ultimate goal of education is not to transfer knowledge simply. More importantly, it should liberate human minds, induce the creativity, and let the students’ mind always be creative. Only in these ways can the students obtain the development in the full sense. The second part gives the definition of teaching wisdom, and discriminates the related concepts of educational wisdom, teaching wisdom and teaching tact. Since wisdom has a very rich and profound connotation, it’s hard to give a precise definition for teaching wisdom. So, we can only provide an open definition. The teaching wisdom in the classroom is the teaching skills of using the pedagogical knowledge consciously and solving the teaching problems creatively in the teaching practices. It reflects teaching activities characteristics like wit and creativity, as well as teachers’ educational and cultural qualities and teaching skill level. The specific performances are the abilities of handling teaching contents creatively, dealing with classroom events wittily, capturing classroom education information agilely, and developing students’ potential sensitively. The third part analyzes how to achieve the Chinese classroom teaching wisdom in the primary schools from the perspectives of individual teacher and school management. From the perspective of individual teacher management, in order to possess classroom teaching wisdom, teachers should have a complete structure of knowledge, adept teaching skills, correct teaching concepts, strong reflection and research abilities, as well as good intellectual and non-intellectual factors. The teachers can obtain teaching wisdom through learning, practice, reflection, research and writing. From the perspective of school management, schools need to create a flexible management system and scientific evaluation mechanism for teachers, create conditions for teachers’ further development and realization of personal values, and build a harmonious campus culture to cultivate the teachers’ classroom teaching wisdom.
