In this thesis, we use the effectiveness of multimedia-aided teaching of high school mathematics as a starting point, firstly base on the depth exploration of multimedia-aided teaching for high school and the theoretical basis of multimedia teaching, teaching mode; then the teaching experiment, the experimental class and comparison class, each class and then divided into three groups according to student achievement, class quizzes and school large-scale test scores as a basis for quantitative comparison of multimedia teaching and traditional teaching secondary school students and memory ability, the ability to imitate, deductive ability and the difference of space imagine; qualitative questionnaires and individual talks, which initially responded to the high school Mathematics multimedia Assisted teaching effectiveness:For outstanding students, the multimedia assisted instruction have a good promotion in all respects, especially in the memory capacity and space imagination ability. So it should be take more attention in the multimedia mathematical concepts, theorems, image processing, transformation and simulation imagination and memory and spatial ability. At the same time, increase the teaching, play the biggest advantage of multimedia assisted instruction.For the normal students, the multimedia assisted instruction is more prominent in the students’ spatial imagination capacity, and it is obvious in other advantages, sometimes it is even less than the traditional teaching. So the Multimedia should focus on the space imagination ability, and less in other field.For the relatively poor students, the multimedia assisted instruction can stimulate student interest in mathematics, and mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of learning, them improve the performance. So the teachers should take more effort in multimedia courseware, try to create personalized courseware to mobilize the enthusiasm of students, and indirectly improve the quality of mathematics teaching.The multimedia assisted instruction should be combined with practical, and use in timely and appropriate, if necessary, it should be combined with the traditional teaching model, focusing on the interaction with the students, improve the quality of mathematics teaching efficiently and effectively.
