| Abstract:The education of school should set up guiding ideology of health first, practically strengthen the sports work. Physical education curriculum is an important part of the school sports education. As the main content of sports teaching, the aerobics has already injecting vitality and vigor to campus life and playing a key role in realizing the lifetime sports. Independent colleges and universities bear one of the third undergraduate training task, and responsible for the university sports education work. As a common concern of the society, to develop healthy and high quality talents become the eternal pursuit of these independent colleges and universities.Using questionnaire method, Delphi method,documentation method, mathematical statistics as well as field investigation, this paper studied samples of the aerobics developing situation in ten colleges and universities. According to the results of this study, some problems have existed in the aerobics development. The results showed the following questions about the survey of opening up aerobics and teaching in these independent colleges:1ã€The gender differences lead to different interest. Select aerobics girls account for about80%, according to data of gender imbalance.2ã€Unreasonable proportion of theory class and practice class arrangement, fewer courses.3ã€The aerobics teachers,professional capability.4ã€The aerobics teachers’age structure is unreasonable, the faculty of the age structure is too young, lack of experience teaching and scientific research level is not high.5ã€The single teaching contents, and methods behind. Classroom teaching is not fully embody the characteristics of aerobics projects, the students’interest in study and class feedback.6ã€The school conditions and equipment facilities equipped with the site is not perfect, need to increase investment.7ã€The old teaching concept, can’t completely adapt to the current needs of public physical education in colleges and universities aerobics teaching objective.In view of the present situation of independent colleges in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, this article brings forward several suggestions so as to improve the aerobics education:1ã€To pay more attention to the selection of textbooks2ã€Updating the teaching idea and innovating teaching method.3ã€Scientific arrangement of teaching courses, combing the theory and practice into an organic unity.4ã€Changing the single routine training, injecting new elements into aerobics education. Such as cheerleading, hip-hop, latin etc.5ã€Orgnize the communicating activities between schools and schools, between schools and teachers, ren the educational ideas, and then formulate their own College Aerobics Teaching System.6ã€Organization between the school and the school activities between students and teachers to communicate with each other, promote the idea renewal, the new knowledge new content of different supplement, make aerobics teaching mode meets the school’s own truth and characteristics.7ã€Improve teaching conditions, improve the teaching quality, perfecting the curriculum, optimizing the teaching content, improve teaching evaluation mechanism.In all, the independent colleges and universities bear one of the third undergraduate training task, playing an important role in the steady progress of aerobics. This article has conducted the scientific analysis of aerobics in these colleges, put forward some corresponding opinions, thus offer some theoretical reference for its development in China. |
