Twenty-first century, China’s basic education mainly in the implementation of qualityeducation. After the founding of New China, China has carried out eight basic educationreform. Beginning in2004, China’s Hainan, Guangdong, Shandong and Ningxia fourprovinces in the country were the first high school curriculum reform. So far, China hasmore than twenty provinces and completed the new curriculum reform. In the newcurriculum reform, the implementation of the course is very important, plays a key role.Whether it is a school teacher, or other administrators, school curriculum reformimplementation is mainly from the ideological breakthrough, capabilities, and management.For in-depth study of curriculum implementation of the new curriculum reform practice isa major problem, which is the basic education curriculum reform, China should focus onsolving the problem. How to make better implementation of the new curriculum, the papercarried out a detailed study on the new high school curriculum implementation.In this paper, the implementation of the new high school curriculum starting, mainlythrough literature analysis, observation, interviews and other collected a lot of relevantinformation, and made a lot of effective solution strategies. This paper is divided into atotal of four chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, including the definition ofbackground research, literature review, research methods and ideas related concepts. Thesecond chapter describes the dynamic inter-school differences in practice and teachingorganization of the actual implementation of structural reform programs, the first is tochange the teaching ideas, and is a specific implementation. The third chapter mainly ascomprehensive practical activities inherent characteristics of space. The fourth chaptermainly as urgently explore innovative school management, including four elements: First,the concept of innovation, innovation is the goal of the second, third, institutionalinnovation, the four structural innovation.
