| Human resource development takes the human’s wisdom, knowledge andcompetence as a resource which can be explored and trained, in order to promote theimprovement of human resource quality and more reasonable selecting, using anddeveloping talents. The development of all undertakings in countries over worldshows that the degree of human resource development is one of important factorwhich affect the development of all undertakings around the world. With rapiddevelopment of world economy, culture and technology, the level of competitivesports has a rapid growth and the innovation of technical movements emerges in anendless stream and the method of training tends to be more scientific. So therequirement to coach’s quality and resource development becomes higher and higher,which meet the needs of era development, the same to competitive gymnastics coach.The technical movements of competitive gymnastics are complex and difficult,therefore the level of coach influence the level of athletes directly even decide thedevelopment of competitive gymnastics sport. So, the thesis has great theoretical andpractical significance on the study of human resources development of competitivegymnastics coaches in Yunnan province.The thesis explores and analyzes the basic situations of gymnastics coaches inYunnan, current developing situations and affecting factors based on related theoriesof human resources development by the means of literature, questionnaire, expertinterview, mathematical statistics, and logic analysis and so on. And it finally gets theconclusion:Firstly, the basic situation of human resources of gymnastics coaches in Yunnanprovince: The quantity of coach meets the needs, but the proportion of male andfemale is serious imbalances, and the female coach is less; structure of educationalbackground and professional title structure are relatively reasonable and it is priorityto college and undergraduate and the professional title structure bases on junior andintermediate coaches. Age structure bases young and middle-aged people who have a rich teaching experience.Secondly, the current situations on the development of human resources ofgymnastics coaches in Yunnan province: there still exist some problems on selecting,training, motivation and evaluation.Thirdly, In this paper, from the impact of eight factors: the development ofgymnastics coaches human resources in Yunnan province and four subjective factorsare analyzed.Fourthly, the thought on the development of human resources of competitivegymnastics coaches in Yunnan province: From macroscopic development thought,which is the outside developing thought of gymnastics department, takes thegovernment as predominated role and administration of sports as main part; Frommicroscopic development thought, which is the inner developing thought ofgymnastics department, consists in the study and exploration on improvement andpromotion of gymnastics coaches’ selecting, training, motivation and evaluation. |
