There is long history about college student organization in China. Student organization as a kind of social organization still played for the school, important value school to provide public goods and services.But for the management of student associations have differences, thinking and political education workers that weak management of college student associations in China, strong autonomy and social organization. Researchers have shown that student administrative problem is serious, the loss of young people should have the vitality. This study is around the college student association is the chief, and key the factors and path.Study on East China University of Science and Technology 91 societies through quantitative whole sample analysis, found to be student associations in Colleges and universities in the simple decision or administrative autonomy, the administrative level is not the same, but overall, most students showed administration issues, whether the administration and the establishment time associated with established reasons. The organization administration is serious, with the "oligarchy" organizational characteristics, management authority is club president or minority leader to control.Found through the method of factor analysis:the internal structure of society, administrative management, economic management, management power, rewards and punishment as well as the development of resource control, is a key factor is the chief of the student association. Furthermore, the research adopts the method of case study to Robert.K. Yin, by copying principle, to verify the factors summarized and examined on the path of conjecture. Eventually found according to the functional distinction between the Communist Youth League organizations to create "oligarchs" corporate internal management structure through resource control and administrative power, the selection with club management expectations "for their own use.
