The trend of internationalization of higher education is becoming more and moreobvious in Yunnan and India. Despite the political relations between China and Indiain the state are neither hot nor cold, but cooperation in higher education betweenYunnan and India have very large development space. China and India are developingcountries, the situation in higher education is basically the same, so the author thinksthat the discussion of higher education relations between Yunnan and India is verynecessary. Yunnan is located in the China southwest border, and the nation betweenChina and India is Myanmar. In near future, after China and India road is completelyexpedite, the relations between Yunnan and India will be very close. Higher educationinstitutions in Yunnan and India will be more comprehensive cooperation, Computersoftware and other professional advantages of India’s higher education will beinduced in Yunnan, and Yunnan will induce the primary education and secondaryeducation experience into India to promote Indian the primary education andsecondary education, and the two sides will conduct complementary cooperation.Yunnan in the process of higher education cooperation with India, will greatlyimprove the level of internationalization of higher education themselves.There are four main sections of this paper constitutes:The first chapter briefly describes content on transnational higher education;transnational impetus to the development of higher education mainly from theglobalization of the world economy, followed by the driving force from theinformation society driven; Yunnan and India each entrance and other cross-bordercooperation in education progress; transnational higher cooperation in education canimprove their level of internationalization of higher education and image to promotethe country’s culture and values, and expand international exchanges and promotemulticultural communication and understanding.There are four main sections of this paper:The first chapter briefly describes content on transnational higher education.transnational impetus to the development of higher education mainly from the globalization of the world economy, followed by the driving force from theinformation society. The progress of transnational cooperation in higher education.The transnational cooperation in higher education can improve their level ofinternationalization of higher education and image to promote the country’s cultureand values, and expand international exchanges and promote multiculturalcommunication and understanding.The second chapter introduces the mechanisms for cooperation in highereducation between Yunnan and India. Yunnan and India continue to expand theoverall size of higher education. Higher Education in Yunnan and India each havedifferent characteristics and advantages and disadvantages. Yunnan and India’s highereducation gross enrollment rate is rising. Yunnan and India Higher professionalstructure has been optimized. We should be selected the best forms of cooperation inhigher education between Yunnan and India. What should the government do in thecooperation of the higher education between Yunnan and India.The third chapter introduces the platform of cooperation in higher educationbetween Yunnan and India, including language selection, information exchange,curriculum and specialized talents and so on.The fourth chapter introduces the obstacles of cooperation in higher educationbetween Yunnan and India, including national relations factors, competitive factors,policy factors, cultural differences and other factors and economic constraintscontent.
