《The Middle School Physics Curriculum Standards of Shanghai》stated clearly that the information technology platform must be constructed, the physics curriculum and the information technology conformity should be realized, and the digital information system laboratory would be built; The teaching software and the computer network should be fully employed, to realize the information sharing and interactive exchange, to strengthen the independent learning consciousness and ability under information environment. Accompanied with new curriculum reform, DIS has been nearly ten years and achieved several partial goals as one of the important manifestations of the integration of physics and information technology in Shanghai. According to the theory of educational technology ,this essay introduces the investigation about the shanghai high school physics experiment teaching status of DIS, studying the six fundamental student experiments required in the curriculum standards, in order to give some supports for the senior high school teachers'experimental teaching .This paper is divided into five parts.The backgrounds,main contents,the objectives and the research method are introduced in the introduction of the paper.In the second part,the development of DIS both in China and abroad and research status of DIS in China are mainly studied in the literature review, the theoretical support being provided in the perspective of the educational theory.The third part investigate the situation of physics experimentation education of DIS of high schools in shanghai , including the situation of physics experimentation teaching of DIS and the expansion of the basis student experiments.The fourth part, the basis and the expansion of DIS student experiments in the fundamental materials are researched, especially the six student experiments in the fundamental teaching material, the proposals being offered, as well as the specific expansion plans, analysis and the research report.Finally, the physics experimentation teaching of DIS of high school in shanghai is summarized and prospected.
