Web-based learning platform for math curriculum of high school is designed for students to study over the network and provide a self-learning platform to students in their spare time after class. At the same time, it will help the students make good use of online learning and develop the students online learning habits. Meanwhile, it can help the students become familiar with the University Course Website. With the popularity of the network, many high schools have been using the network to study and work. Therefore, if the students can access the internet at school and they want to use their spare time to learn through the network, but the high school math teaching resources on the internet are not good enough systematic without systematic induction(systematic without systematic induction makes no sense). Students in high school don't have much spare time after class as well as inconvenient access to the internet. Focusing on the lack of guidance in the information technology application at the high school level in mathematics curriculum m, building a Web-based learning platform for high school math curriculum is very necessary. The platform proposed in this paper, inducts and consolidates the high school mathematics teaching resources for new courses systematic; have a lot of instructional videos, application examples of information technology, a lot of good coursework and instructional design, to enable the students to use the Internet to learn.In the introduction, we introduce the background, research content, significance, paper structures. Learning Theory and the platform runtime environment section introduces the constructivist learning theory, learning platform, and operating environment; learning platform part of the design and implementation, including needs analysis, program feasibility studies, the overall design and implementation of key technologies and solutions, etc.; summary and outlook section, give a summary of the study, and introduced innovations in the learning platform and design characteristics, but also the prospect of prospect research.The powerful learning platform can satisfy their spare time if students want to learn through the network. The learning content presented with the form of Web pages.. The Learning platform has also included some content of the application from the high school mathematics curriculum. The student can learn the actual operation of relevant mathematical software content provided by the learning platform, while increasing interest in learning and motivation.
