Then discussed the development stages of basic education online school, online school development of the current market scale and prospects. Then, from the mode of school running, institution-building, services and content sections, transmission mode, and the profit promotion model,this five aspects, surveyed analyzed the current status applications of basic education online schools, and afterthat,made the Fourth of Beijing Online school, as a further analysis of case studies. Then again, on the problems of the development and application status of basic education online school were analyzed. Finally, flower network as a innovation model case,study and analysis the development direction of basic education online schools.
