In the 21st century, education and talents is the core of world competition, and it is inseparable from the teacher. At the turn of the century, China launched a new round of basic education course reform, the new curriculum reform to teacher put forward higher request, make teacher professionalization accelerated, thus gradually based on teachers'specialization based on present situation investigation, analyzes the optimization strategy research is imperative. This topic research education administrative department for policymakers, in formulating relevant policy can provide some reference for high school biology, raise the level of specialization of teachers with role.The thesis uses the methods of literature research, investigation, etc. the article consists six parts:The first part is the preface. It overviews choosing background, research status and research significance of this subject.The second part is the teachers' professional overview. It introduces professional, teachers' professional related concepts and simply expounds the development of domestic and foreign teachers' specialization.The third part is the curriculum reforming of the high school biology and the requirements for teachers' specialization. It mainly introduces the concept and target of curriculum reforming of the high school biology and the requirements for high school biology teachers' specialization.The fourth part is high school biology teachers'specialization status analysis of the investigation under the new curriculum reforming. The investigation and analysis of biology teachers'specialization in the parts of Shandong high school is to find out the biology teachers' deficiency in morals, the structure system of knowledge, teaching skills and scientific researching ability.; Mainly reflects in part the lack of teachers' professional morality biology, not very love their work。Part of the knowledge structure of biology teachers is not comprehensive, no form his own system of knowledge structure; Individual teacher's teaching skill can not adapt to the needs of the new curriculum reform; Most high school biology teachers' scientific research ability should be further enhanced; Part of high school biology teacher self consciousness, cannot take strong enough through self learning to raise the level of achieving specialization, etc.The fifth part is optimization policy of high school biology teachers'specialization under the new curriculum reforming. According to the analysis of the investigation, I propose optimization policy of high school biology teachers' specialization. It is strategy-self optimization and external training. Self-optimization is to found out oneself insufficient from internal cause, and to improve their own specialized level through their own efforts; Requests the teacher professional development has self consciousness and life-long learning consciousness, develop continuously the habit of teaching reflection. External training is to objectively set the stage for the improving teachers' specialization from external factor. Including teachers' pre-employment training, on-the-job training and strengthening teacher training integration, etc. Only closely connected with both policies, can we accelerate the process of teachers' specialization.The sixth part is conclusions and recommendations. This part mainly makes a conclusion to the study and basic conclusion, and put forward some suggestions on the professional development of the biology teachers in high school. It has a long way to go to promote the professional development of high school biology teacher, and it needs the support of a group of teachers and the educational circles and even the whole society.
