This study mainly discuss the key psychological quality indicators of the impact of college students orienteering athletes'achievements, on this basis, study the relationship between the main psychological quality of orienteering athletes and achievements. The purpose is examine the key psychological quality indicators of the impact of college students orienteering athletes' achievements In this paper, by using literature, interviews, questionnaire, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate analysis methods and so on, make study from the point of these psychological aspects.Study One:Through the interviews of orienteering coaches and experts, combine with access to relevant documents, to determine the major psychological indicators of college students orienteering athletes.Study Two:Through the questionnaire survey of orienteering athletes of more than 10 colleges and 07,08 session Physical Education Students of Hang Zhou Normal University in Zhejiang province, determine the major psychological indicators of orienteering athletes, compare the psychological differences between college students orienteering athletes and non-orienteering athletes (Physical Education Students). Primarily examine construction of the key psychological quality indicators of the impact of college students orienteering athletes'achievements.Study Three:According to the achievement in the questionnaire of orienteering athlete participating in the 2008 Ninth Zhejiang orienteering student Competition, through the Correlation Analysis of the psychological quality indicators and achievements to test the correlation between them. Further examine the construction of the key psychological quality indicators of the impact of college students orienteering athletes'achievements.In this study, drop the following conclusions:One:The major psychological secondary indicators of college students orienteering athletes are:attention, will, and anxiety. The third indicators of attention:attention span, attention stability, attention allocation and transfer of attention. The third indicators of the quality of will:the purpose, initiative, self-control and the will refractory; the third indicators of anxiety:cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and state self-confidence. They are all the major psychological indicators of affecting the achievement of college students orienteering athletes.Two:The Comparison of psychological quality of college students orienteering athletes and non orienteering athletes.There was no significant difference in cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety between college students orienteering Athletes and non orienteering athletes, but there are significant differences in the state self-confidence between them, but also the state self-confidence of orienteering athletes are better than the non orienteering athletes. There is no significant difference in the purpose of the will, initiative and tenacity, but their self-control is significantly different.and the athlete's self control is better than non-orienteering athletes. There is no significant difference in the attention span and transfer of them, but their attention allocation and attention stability is different, but the difference is not significant, and the attention distribution and stability of attention of orienteering athletes are better than non-orienteering athletes. Three:The Comparison of psychological quality of different sex college students orienteering athletesIn anxiety, there are no significant differences in cognitive state anxiety, somatic state anxiety and state self-confidence of the male and female college students orienteering athletes. In the will, there are no significant differences in purpose and initiative of the male and female college students orienteering athletes, but there is significant difference in the self-control, and female students'self-control is significantly better than male students; there are differences in the tenacity between male and female orienteering athletes, it is not very significant, and the tenacity of male students orienteering athletes is better than female students. In the attention, there are difference in attention span, attention allocation and attention stability between the male and female college students orienteering athletes, but the difference is not significant, and the male athletes'are better than female athletes. However, there is no significant difference in the transfer of the attention.Four:The Comparison between achievements and psychological quality indicatorsAmong the 11 indicators of the major psychological quality of affecting the achievements of college students orienteering athletes, the contribution to the achievement of the purpose of will quality is the greatest, so it is the most important, followed by stability to attention, self-control of will quality, attention pan, the tenacity, attention distribution and status self-confidence. Although among the seven indicators of the importance of their impact on performance have primary or secondary, but are closely related with the achievements.
