Competitive Wushu is a traditional sports which's main features is to show the high, difficulty, beauty and the new martial arts movements and the results was judged by the subjective scoring. As the human factorof individual performance and subjective scoring, there is particular requirements on the nervous system and psychological state for Competitive Wushu athletes.Especially, difficulty become the key factor in the sport performance after Wushu new competition rules run which emphasis on the difficult action. Good psychological qualities become an important factor for victory in the competition among almost same skilled athletes. Therefore, the study of relationship between state anxiety, personality characteristics and the competition performance is to deepen the understanding of the nature of anxiety, inquire the relationship of precompetition state anxiety, personality and athletic achievements,and also can provide empirical evidence for Clinical Psychology. There is important reference value for the theoritcal construction of the new displine(学科) ,Wushu competition psychology ,it aslo provide a guidance for Coaches proceeding the specific mental training.In this paper, we use Literature Psychological Measurement and administer the measurement to the athletes who participated in the September 17, 2006 at the Shanghai Medicine University of Chinese at the National Wushu Championship . Datas were anlysised by the statistical software spss13.0for window ,processed using the T test Multivariate analysis of variance and correlation analysis. And interview the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education psychologist and Wushu Many coaches and athletes forlogical analysis.The results showed : (1) performance athletes cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety than those without the achievements of athletes cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety lower some, a state of self-confidence which is higher than the latter, the results were significantly different. (2) different levels of sports performance athletes have different levels of anxiety, International master of the state of anxiety in three dimensions, compared with other grades, there are significant differences. (3) different educational level of cognitive anxiety and state anxiety were significantly affected education and cognitive anxiety was negatively correlated with the state of self-confidence was positively correlated. (4) Sex, age training, sports grading factors on the impact of personality characteristics are not significant. age on the personality characteristics of the impact was significant difference, 13-24 year-old athletes in the 8 character scores rising, and 25-28 years of age tend to average trends; gender and years of training on tolerance sexual interaction characteristics of the impact was significant. (5) cognitive anxiety on the impact of sports results showed significant. (6) and the results related to the character traits have perseverance, enthusiasm and flexibility.
