| The participation of the volunteers is necessary for the development of the non-profit organizations. The volunteers are the most important and characteristic human resources in those non-profit organizations. In recent years, the quantitys of the volunteers are largly increased and their values are more and more important with the quick development of the volunteer service in China. While, the management model of the volunteers is lack and far behind with the development of the volunteers. The investigations on the management of the volunteers are still being explored in China, which are in value both in theory and in reality.In this paper, the problems on the management of the volunteer organizations have been found, according to the development of the volunteers in KeKeXiLi region. The problems of the management moedl among the government, the market and the voluntary organizations have been explored from the administrations, the management objectives, the management systems and the management conditions. An optimized management model on the volunteer organizations has been given in this paper and the key points of the new model are based on how to play an important role on the overlap management among the governments, the markets and the voluntary organizations. The management status of the voluntary organizations in KeKeXiLi region have been detailed discussed by using the analysis on many datas and cases. Thus, the advantages and shortcomings on this management model are gradually highlighted. Then, according to how to solve these problems, the author explores to make an outlook on organization managements by using the theories of organizational management and new public management. |
