An Analysis Of The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Volunteer Organization Development In Nanjing Universities

In recent years, with the constant development of economy, after people’s material level increasing enhancement, the spiritual needs be put on the agenda and the people on the public demand started to increase. Under this background, the government’s power is too thin, and at the same time, public interest groups such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain is like the emerge in large numbers of fabric, college volunteers has been strong, college public power and government power combination has become a difficult problem in front of the government, how to make good use of the university public organization resources will become an important part of government work. A organization is one of the Mission District by District of Qixia focus on the implementation of public welfare organization project in this context, efficient use of intellectual resources, human resources and service resources to provide services for the community can not only brought benefits for the community, but also enhance the ability of volunteers to participate in society and improve their value.Therefore, starting from this points, this study interest focuses on university public welfare organization. Tell how the current situation of the development of public welfare organizations in colleges and view the service of welfare organizations from social work perspective, including the present problems and the feasibility analysis. The main part of this paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter:the introduction part, mainly introduces the background and significance, research ideas and methods; the second chapter: study design, analysis, based on the theories of public organization development of University and the related concept of literature review; the third chapter:think A organization as the research object and analyze it from the basic situation, the status quo, project activities and operations and funding sources; the fourth chapter:mainly discusses how to solve problem in the process of providing services from social work angle, including resource coordination, value needs assessment, the application of professional methods and skills and the feedback of service skill and so on.The paper is based on field to participate in voluntary service in a large number of literature, interviews and on, in view of own limited capacity, this paper proposed the implementation of the recommendations and have not been validated in the field, this is my own shortcomings, the author will in future study and work in this proposal is applied to the field project, get the verification in practice.
