Solution To The Problem Of Civil "Enforcement Difficulty"

Civil enforcement difficulty has been an age-old problem.Since 1980s,this problem has gradually aroused people’s concern.In recent years,courts at all levels have made bold attempts and positive efforts to resolve the difficulty in civil enforcement and vigorously promoted the reform in the civil enforcement.The central government also attaches great importance to this problem.As other complicated social issues,the manifestation and causes of civil enforcement difficulty can never be single.So are the solutions and means to this problem.This paper tries to analyze and construct the ideas and methods to solve the problem of enforcement difficulty from the perspective of social credit system,which aims to provide some theoretical basis and practical reference for alleviating the difficulty in civil enforcement.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper consists of four chapters.Chapter 1:the basic problems and causes of enforcement difficulty.Based on its concept and manifestation,this chapter mainly analyzes the basic problem and causes of enforcement difficulty.Chapter 2:breaking analysis of enforcement difficulty problem from the construction of social credit system.This chapter discusses the basis to alleviate enforcement difficulty with social credit system from the source containment,social interaction and guiding effect of dishonesty mechanism.Chapter 3:the current situation and problems of dishonesty mechanism.This chapter set out the present situation of dishonesty mechanism and discusses its main problems.Chapter 4:the perfection of dishonesty mechanism in our country.This chapter discusses some suggestions in the implementation of social credit system in terms of strengthening the implementation of deterrent mechanism,perfecting the system of dishonesty punishment,perfecting credit information disclosure and sharing system,establishing the concept of honesty and enhancing the sense of fulfillment.
