Public Crisis Information Management System

Nowadays,peace and development are the most two important motifs in the current multipolar structure of the world while we are still in a high period of public emergency due to our own environment and our various social changes.So it is very necessary for the government to treat public emergencies efficiently so as to fulfill its responsibility.Currently, most governments pay more attention to treatment of public emergencies than to management of public emergency information.Whereas,it is very important for the government to manage public emergency information that through the whole event of public emergency. Collecting,delivering and exchanging the public information can relieve the crisis and reduce the damage caused by emergency.With the development of mordern technology,infromation technology is playing a more and more important role in the treating public emergencies.This article analyzes the components and contents of the public emergency information management's system by reviewing the collect,deliver and treat of information.Useing the international latest work and experiences as source of reference,author proposes a framework of construction and lists the detailed steps to improve our government's ability of treating the public emergencies.And more,author investigates construction of public information management's system on the e-administrative platform and internet with the analysis of two samples.
