This article tries to study the development of law education in China at the beginning of the guidelines' change in law education with the evolution of the scale and model of training, through which I can understant the achievements and shortcomings of the law education system in China and look forward to its future. When we discuss the gains and losses in Chinese Legal Education development, we cant not divorce it from the Chinese social circumstances that is remarked by the intense social change. In fact, there is undergoing, planed, social modernizing movement in china which needs legal and education as the main means and strategies. In reality, Legal Education in China have developed at rapid pace along with the process of China's modernization.This paper is about 39,000 characters, which is divided into three parts:The preface expond the reserch of it's object ,methode and the organazation.The first,second,and third chapters discuss guidelines of the scale and model of law education in China from the year 1977 to 2007. In first chapter, there is the narration of the guildlines of restoring of law system and establishing the rule of law during the recovering period. In chapter II, I inspect the guildlines on the stage of establishing the rule of law education which mainly refers to the enrollment enbodied the more and the faster are better and training model. Chapter III describes the stage for deepening the rule of law in China in the enrollment of students in law education and training model at the level of the guidelines were "more talent", "a good talent" and the educational model of talent.The fouth chapter contents are summation and reflection of development Of 30 years of China's Legal Education. Huge amount but weak quality, and the malposition occured in training target of law education and training patterns are outstanding problems. This two problems are caused by the deviation of guidlines in law education. The reason is that state law education market misjudgment and social changes too fast. For more amounts and lew quality, law education proposed to slove this through the Education Law of the elite road, hoping to reduce the enrollment scale, integrated educational resources, training elite jurists.The conclusion of this article demonstrated the connection of the social changes, the rule of law and legal education relations, reiterated that Chinese society is undergoing changes by the Chinese government-led introduction of legal, policy, education, and other ways of changing the form of a plan. With the depth progress of the rule of law, Chinese law education have taken place of the corresponding changes. Finally, this paper believes that the development direction of future regular college course of Chinese law education is the elite of quality education.In the research methods, the paper take the "Social Change" theory as an analysis tool. The 2007 to 1977 China's Law education development is inspected and reviewed under the background of the social changes. At the same time, in the specific details, which use a large amount of data and related theory, double the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, conduct Systematic study. The observation point of view, in this paper, from the duble perspective which is the combination science of Law and Pedagogy, useing two disciplines of knowledge to inspect and that more fully reflected the development of legal education. |
