Thus, in the scarce conditions, when people who have emotional bond each other point out the demands which make the confliction each other on the dividing in interest, the environment of the intergenerational justice comes out. The environment of justice made up of generations is the precondition for achieving the intergenerational justice. It is the most important that establish a storage principle between generations to achieve the justice between generations. As well as it is the main problem which Rawls discussed in the intergenerational justice.The principle of storage justice is also selected in the original state. The original state designed by Rawls equivalent to the natural state of social contract theory. It is a non-historic theory design. According to this design, the development of society is divided to two stages because of storage requirements by each generation. The two stages are the demand of accumulating the net storage rate and no need of maintain the net storage rate. The conditions achieved the intergenerational justice are the environment suit for justice survival, objective shortage condition, subjective moderate egoism condition and relative equal condition which is the soil for breeding the intergenerational justice. However, the storage principle achieved by generations is the fundamental way to achieve the intergenerational justice. Thus, people follow the storage principle consciously and take the fair responsibility for their later generations in the environment where possible produce the justice.
