As the contemporary has priority to future generations in time, and that futuregenerations must rely on the resources and environmental survival of contemporary left,which has achieve an unprecedented, decisive degree of its impact on the survival anddevelopment of future generations. Therefore, it is necessary to think about that if theunfair intergenerational contributed by time preference is reasonable. On this basis, theauthor trying to combing three representative theory of intergenerational justice to explorenew justice which is suitable for China’s national conditions.In addition to the introduction and conclusion section, this article, the body is dividedinto four parts.The first part is mainly an overview of intergenerational justice connotation. In thissection, the author introduces just thinking in the historical development of the Westernideology and culture and three important standards of justice combined with generationsrelationships in western ethics. And then define the concept of intergenerational justice andelaborate the legitimacy of intergenerational justice.The second part is mainly expounded intergenerational justice theory, as the domainof utilitarian theory. In this part, I first make the basic content of the theory ofintergenerational justice, discussed three methods to proof the utilitarianism ofintergenerational justice and analyze the limitations.The third part is mainly expounded intergenerational justice theory, as the domain ofdeontological theory. In this section, I first elaborated the deontological which is looked asKant’s "golden rules" ideological, and then analyze the problems existing in thedeontological.The fourth part is mainly expounded intergenerational justice theory, as the domain ofcontract theory of Rawls’. In this section, I attempt to analyze from the point of view andthree strategies of Rolls contract theory model of intergenerational justice.The fifth part is personal recommendation for the three theoretical study mentionedabove. In this part, the author attempts to analyze some of the flaws in the theory ofutilitarianism, deontology and contract theory, and trying to find a approach ofintergenerational justice which is suitable for China’s national conditions.
