| Contemporary Chinese society is undergoing a period of social transition;social justice issues have become increasingly prominent. Since the reform and opening up, with the changes in the structure of the economy, China's social structure has undergone profound changes as well;class split has become increasingly evident. In the process of the class split, the major social groups of China such as workers and peasants of class showing a clear trend to weaking, some elite groups began to emerge signs as alliance in the interests. It seriously challenged and erodes the social justice order, class divide in fact largely lost the constraints to a fair system norms. It have challenged the overall the development of the economy in China has created has and affected the safely operating and the healthy development of the society of China seriously.Social justice is primary virtues of the basic structure of the society, it is a concept that formed in the history and succeeded the tradition. Social justice in contemporary Chinese society origined from the presence of contemporary China in deed. It is a dialectical uniform of the fair process and the fair essence, and it is a "ecological balance" of various strata of contemporary democratic society .It is the assighment faced with every worker in ethics and seek for the root of the injustice in contemporary Chinese class division and the road to social justice. In integrated view, the main source of injustice in contemporary China lies in five areas: social transformation and absence of moral norms, irrational allocation of resources, social structure defects, negative cultural factors and the short in market economy itself. Currently, it is the strata measure for contemporary China to overcome injustice, to reshape social justice order, and form a rational structure of the foundation of society, to establish principles of social justice due to the existence of contemporary China's consistent, basing on process justice, for a just balance with essence justice, developing a sense of justice in civil, get to the road combinating law and morals.Now, this article aims at seeking the essence and solution to contemporaryChinese class division, from integrated and multidisciplinary perspectives like ethics, sociology, economics, anthropology, politics, combining with the political reform and the economic structural reform, using methods like systems analysis, comparative studies, historical analysis, information research and the method combining theory with practice.
