Accompany with the quickness of Chinese urbanization at present, a large number of farmers flow out into the city. The farmers' going into the city made huge contribution for the economic construction of the city, on the other hand causing some social problems at the same time, resulting in the harmony between the farmers and the city society. The occurrence of these problems main originate from the farmer workers' mental unbalance and thought problems caused by the huge gap between city and rural areas after they go into the city. To solve these problems, we need ideological and political education to get involved actively. Bringing the farmer workers into ideological and political education system as a social community can enrich the contents of ideological and political education, enlarge its study realm. So the study of farmer workers' ideological and political education is very useful both in reality and theory. The thesis consists of three parts. Chapter 1 pointed out the problems that current farmer workers' ideological and political education faced, and made analysis from two angles: The first is the problem existing in the farmer workers' thoughts; introducing the farmer workers' thought problems,such as ,the small agriculture thought is serious, the law consciousness is weak, ideal conviction is imperfect and the moral concept is confused. The second is the problems existing in the farmer workers' education itself, made analysis on education corpus, education contents, education path, and education environment etc. Close behind the above contents, chapter 2 analyzed the reason and damage that the above problems caused. Because the understanding of the farmer workers' ideological education isn't suitable .The fixed system's long-term influence and the farmer workers' the factor caused that the ideological education can't develop with time and exist many antinomies and problems, which produce disadvantageous influence to the stability of the society and the development of the economy. The third part mainly put forward countermeasures to the above problems. First definite the educate corpus, distribute the responsibility and improve the understanding to the farmer workers' ideological and political education, then made deep study on education path, contents and environment and so on aiming at strengthen it. |
