On Upgrading The Way Of The Execution Of Our Public Policies

In the modern times of knowledge, communication and globalization, the issue of government implement ability on public polices has becoming a cause for management theory, government policy performance and study on practice. Base on certain condition, the implement ability on public police of government is a token of the performance's process and result, what the influence implement complication of government is transited in the implementation process, as implement potential and the effective performance, including the ability of self-control ability and society-control power on the public policy government sectors have attached importance to the lack of strength of policy enforcement or implement ability. So further studies on the issue of implement ability on public polices can instruct our governments' effective implement on public polices, advance and reinforce the implement ability of government public policy.Based on the ways of comparison and the cultural heritage analysis the thesis analyzes government implement ability public policy from three aspects: formation of implement ability on public policy, evaluation criterion and influence factors.
