Corporate Social Responsibility System Under The Protection Of The Rights Of Migrant Workers

The migrant workers' problem is the result and manifestation of the transition of theChinese society, because of the dual economic structure and the dual census registerinstitution in urban and rural areas, and discrimination employment policy, and so on,making the problem very severely. In the meantime, the imperfection of corporate socialresponsibility is also one of inportant reasons, which causes the migrant workers'problem. Only recognize the migrant workers' problem completely, then we can find outa scheme which can resolve the migrant workers' problem, then can guarantee migrantworkers' rights perfectly, sweep away institutional obstacle for the development of marketeconomy, create a fair, stable environment for the establishment of harmonious society.This paper is from the point of view of corporate social responsibility to apprehend themigrant workers' problem, to look for the resolve of the migrant workers' problem from adifferent angle of view.
