The construction of harmonious labor relations, radically reduce and the key of resolving labor disputes. Migrant workers are the stakeholder corporate social responsibility, labor rights protection is also the important content of corporate social responsibility. From the perspective of corporate social responsibility to analyze peasant workers’ rights and interests protection question, if the practice of corporate social responsibility movement in China can be combined with migrant workers labor security, labor rights protection, no matter for migrant workers and for the development of the enterprise, will have a positive effect, achieve a win-win situation.Enterprise is to maximize economic benefits for the purpose of organizations, often in order to compress costs and damages the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, simply the pursuit of economic interests and not to assume corresponding social responsibility, appeared in recent years, some enterprises, especially the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, due to the blind pursuit of profit and ignored its should shoulder social responsibility, the right to life and health right protected, unpaid wages, unable to sign labor contract, cannot enjoy social insurance treatment, etc. This article will migrant workers labor rights and interests protection problem in the internationalization of corporate social responsibility movement, to encourage and the Angle of supervision enterprises to actively fulfill the social responsibility, puts forward the countermeasures of maintaining their labor rights and interests. This paper from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, to summarize the status quo of migrant workers labor rights and interests, analysis the reason, and put forward to protect labor rights and interests of the migrant workers. These ways include:(1) improve the relevant laws and regulations, increase maneuverability;(2) improve migrant workers’ rights consciousness, give play to the role of trade unions;(3) the transformation law enforcement idea, to safeguard rights and interests of migrant workers;(4) draw lessons from international experience, standardized corporate social responsibility;(5) establish rewards and punishment mechanism, perfect the information disclosure system.
