Harmonious Society In The Construction Of New Public Nurturing

Since President Hu Jintao proposed to establish a harmonious society, people from all walks of life have proposed their views about how to construct this type of society. But in my opinion, to build a harmonious society, the first step we must take is to solve The Weak Trend Communities' problems. Only have their problems solve, the construction of a harmonious society then is hopeful. Among these Weak Trend Communities, the farmer-workers have been the most in number. Therefore, to solve their problems has become a very important matter.Luckily, in recent years, some cities have taken the lead to find out all kinds of ways to protect their benefit and improve their social position. One of these actions is to rename them as 'The new-citizens'. This new name, not only deny 'The farmer-worker' this none descript name, also manifest that the city started to understand and accept them.But merely change the name, they couldn't become the true new citizens. They must promote their own quality condition and melt into the city life. In the process of improving their quality, how does the community do? I investigated Nanjing Xuanwu Community about this question last year, and discovered some questions about the new citizens cultivation actions, for example, the cultivation guiding theories question, the question of the leader's, the question of the teacher's and so on. And in this article, I have put forward several proposals according to my own knowledge.But, to improve the new-citizen's quality, only depend on the help from outside is not enough. The most important way to improve their quality condition is to depend on themselves. Therefore, I interviewed two new-citizens and understood their study experiences. I have described and analysed that carefully in this article and hoped these experiences can provide examples to the other new-citizens' development.
