Research On The Cultivation Of Citizens’ Awareness Of Rule Of Law ——From The Perspective Of Xi Jinping Thought On The Law-based Society

The consciousness of the rule of law not only originates from the practice of the construction of the society under the rule of law,but also guides the specific activities of the society under the rule of law.Citizens’ awareness of the rule of law plays a fundamental role in China’s social life under the rule of law.Law is one of the most important tools to protect people’s rights and freedoms.However,at present,we have not formed a complete and effective training system.All construction activities need to be carried out under a specific background and combined with the current situation of the country.Xi Jinping Thought on the Law-based society,as a new theoretical achievement of the construction of a society ruled by law in China,has become the guiding ideology of the construction of a society ruled by law in China.Whether it is to study the society ruled by law or to study the awareness of the rule of law required by citizens in the society ruled by law,we first need to determine the connotation of the rule of law.Firstly,this thesis starts from the research on the "rule of law",and deeply analyzes the relevant theories of the "rule of law" from the perspective of the society and consciousness of the rule of law.At present,the overall level of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law in China is not high,and there are some problems,such as insufficient legal awareness,weak legal awareness and weak concept of rights.Citizens’ awareness of the rule of law provides cultural support for the construction of a society ruled by law,strives for social consensus and cultivates operating soil;The second part,based on the concentrated embodiment of Xi Jinping Thought on the Law-based society-the implementation outline of building a law-based society in the next five years,puts forward the construction goal of a society ruled by law.We need to build a society that believes in the rule of law,peace,justice,harmony,vitality and civilization.At the individual level,we need to earnestly respect the law and abide by the law.Only by respecting,abiding by and using the law as the lifestyle of all people and as a universal social communication behavior,can we ensure the realization of a real society ruled by law;The third part analyzes the current problems of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law in China,mainly from the current situation and reasons.Combined with the actual situation of China’s traditional legal culture,economy,publicity and education,it analyzes the reasons for such problems of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law in China;The fourth part studies the cultivation path of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law.Combined with the previous definition of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law,the problems of China’s citizens’ awareness of the rule of law and the reasons for this situation,combined with Xi Jinping Thought on the Law-based society,this thesis puts forward specific ways to improve China’s citizens’ awareness of the rule of law,combined with the process and conditions of the formation of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law,by improving the formation mechanism of citizens’ awareness of the rule of law,innovating the publicity methods of law popularization,and creating a good social environment for the rule of law,Effectively promote the formation of citizens’ concept of rule of law.
