The Organizational Structure Of The Fourteenth Since The Chinese Communist Party Central

The leading system of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the state is the starting point of analyzing China Politics. The central organization of CPC, as the most hardcore in our country's political life, is the most important study content in the field of the leading system of the CPC and the state. Since the establishment of CPC in 1921, her central organization has been constantly adjusting and consummating. Realities indicate that the central organization began to keep stabilization as many formal and informal institutions emerged since 1992. This paper analyses the framework setting and the personnel composing from The Fourteenth National Party Congress to The Sixteenth National Party Congress, especially focusing on The Sixteenth National Party Congress so as to find out what kinds of formal institutions have been enacted, such as rules, regulations, stipulations, and also what kinds of informal institutions have been formed, such as conventions and traditions. Finally this paper comes to the conclusion: the central organization of CPC is developing into the institutionalizing orbit.
