Modified From The Existing Constitution To See The Constitutional Development Of The Cause

Since the China present constitution (in 1982constitution) has promulgated, the economy, political and social structure has undergone great changes, policy also adapt to the times, and made substantial revisions, prominent performance includes the country gradually acknowledged and protected private property, the reform income and the distribution system, relax the agrarian policy and the enterprise right of autonomous management, developed socialist market economy, strengthened the human rights protection, carried out the plan of legally rules a nation and so on.To meet this requirement, from 1982 to now, National People's Congress of the Constitution have made four substantial changes (in 1988,1993,1999, 2004), adopted 31 amendments to the Constitution. These bills for amendment are the inevitable products in which our country for more than twenty years of society has transformed, has unfolded the China's Constitutionalism historical path, also on the results of the reform of the protection and the identified further promote the process of reform and opening up.In this paper, the integrated use of historical materialism basic principle, through the introduction and analysis of the historical background to the Constitution Amendments, Study the inherent link between the changing structure of Chinese social and the amending constitution, to reveal the cause and the law of our constitutional history of the evolution.
