The Constitution Made In 1982 And Its Revise As Well The Social Evolution In China

The purpose of the law which is from the social reality, is maintaining the social order and is developping towards the lawmakers'hope direction. To achieve this goal, the law must be guaranteed that it can accurately reflect the changes of social reality, otherwise the law will be lost its real value and its purpose will be in vain. So there is an inevitably and closely linked relation between the contents of law and the social change. The Constitution which as the fundamental law of country is even more so. The first part of my paper, the basic concepts of the constitution, the constitution revision and the social changes are analysed, and then through discussing the relationship between society and law, between constitution and law, to derivate and interpretate the relationship between the constitution revision and the social changes. This provides theoretical preparation for the next writing.The second part of my paper, through summarizing the social background and the political, economic and cultural of the 1982 constitution, to analyze the social changes which were caused by the 1982 constitution.The third part of my paper, with the corresponding of the amendments, the social changes which are reflected in the 1982 constitution, are summarized and analysized. The forth part of my paper, concluding and analisizing the social changes which are brought by the 1982 constitution and the 31 amendments.Society is a complex and social change is also complicated. They are involved in every aspect of the society. I cannot bring all the social changes into constitution which states the most cardinal and most founditional matters of a country concretely. So, the social changes which are discussed in my paper are only reflected and designed by the constitution. Furthermore, most of these social changes are reflected and designed by the constitution directly.
