The theory of Corporate Social Responsibility, which began in the 20th Century and involved multi-disciplinary fields, is a very important theory. It's a scientific idea, which urges coordinated development of society, companies, and presents social development tendency and demand. However, this theory also involved a lot of controversies. At the time of its formation, some challenged to its legitimacy and others debated to its detailed implantation issues.No doubt, the original motivation of the formation of this legal entity is to maximize benefits from the gain of the investors. As such we must not ignore the situation that can't resolve from this idea, as this idea is economically rational. It may create a situation wherein the company is responsible only to major stockholders but overlooks the legal rights of non-shareholders. Whom, to note are directly involved with the operation process. Therefore, it's necessary to revise the theory, which is unscientific. The new Company Law which was implemented in 2006 has preliminary expressed the demand of the Corporate Social Responsibility Ideology. But the author thinks that there are some parts of the Law that could be improved. According to the above stated reasons, the author named the thesis as Legal Systems On Corporate Social Responsibility. By understanding the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility from the legal systems pint of view can we realize Corporate Social Responsibility ideology in our country.The thesis as a whole includes four parts: part 1 is the introduction of the basic concept of Corporate Social Responsibility. This includes scholars' different definitions regarding this concept. And also shows the author's perspective. It lays the groundwork for the following's further research, besides, in order to understand the definition of Corporate Social Responsibility, the thesis also completely states some other issues related with this concept.Part 2 will focus on introducing the methods of legislation and legal practice in the typical countries wherein Corporate Social Responsibility is currently practiced.
