The Research On Corporate Social Responsibility Of China Commerical Bank

The social responsibility of commercial banks is limited which has direct object,the social responsibility for obliges are constructing comprehensive risk management system and allocating the funds effectively;Its social responsibilities for consumers are providing the best service.Commercial banks fulfill their indirect social responsibilities through controlling the directions and the objects,besides that the charitable responsibility for the weak is also a part of its social responsibility.At present,commercial banks undertake certain social responsibilities in China,but there are many problems,such as lack of sense of responsibility,the responsibility fulfilling system and legislations.Though inspecting the relationship between enterprises′social responsibilities and legal obligations,we can see that the relationship between moral duties and legal obligations is complicated.The moral duties are the origin and supplement of legal obligations,the social responsibilities which have surpassed the moral,legal obligations are the developing trend for enterprise.Therefore,it′s necessary to put the social responsibilities of commercial banks into their businesses through the way of putting social responsibilities into practice,the improving of the rules and legislation.At present,there should be a good legal environment,a responsible government,a structure and strong enterprises culture to guide,supervise,control and consolidate.
