Our socialist construction is people oriented, so it needs us to explore humans' value and significance generally and to discovery and solve all kinds of social problems from humans' angle. Power corruption of officials is a serious problem which hinders society's progress and politics' development, so there will be an original meaning which we can prove from angles of psychology , psysiology and social practice if we analyse the source of corruption in terms of human being. As an concept in the scope of moral evaluation, corruption should be studied normatively, that is, those actions which go against humanity in the process of officals' power corruption should be analysed in the condition of definituding humanity criterions that avail society's development, and some methods should be offerred on the basis of humanity criterions.The first part points the original meaning of corruption study from humanity's angle.By comparing traditional theories--subject theory, circumstances theory and objecttheory, this part points their insufficiences in the research of power corruption and presents the necessity of study in the angle of humanity. More demonstrations are given by description of subject construction, practices and human being. The key point in this part is the necessity of corruption analysis from humanity angle.The second part expounds humanity analysis theory. First, this part sums up the existed results of researching and points that establishing humanity hypothesis is an essential premise of humanity study. Then, this part makes a summary of prevenient humanity hypotheses and analyses the differences and connections of them. After that, according with special features of officals' power corruption actions, this part indicates that we should study officals' power corruption actions from two aspects of invariance and variability, relying mainly on ethics and according with psychology and biology. Proof of selecting ethics and psychology to be the tool of anlysing officals' power corruption is the keystone of this part.The third part makes a concrete humanity analysis about officals' power corruption behaviours.
