With the coming of knowledge economy time, critical demands are put forward to adapt to enterprise management. In this circumstance, it is more significant for us to make study on theory of enterprise management and advance the process of enterprise knowledge management, which will carry forward the sustainable development of enterprise and enhance its competitive power.Humanity hypothesis is based on general behavior characteristics of human. It is the abstraction and conceptualization definition of the human nature. It is the logistic starting point for the human behavior analysis in the discipline. At present, there are lots of different opinions about enterprise knowledge management, because almost nobody analysis this normally from humanity hypothesis. Therefore, the article tries to put forward a new humanity hypothesis and leads to a corresponding management model, in order to direct the enterprise to carry out the knowledge management. Furthermore, it will promote competitive power and sustainable development capability of enterprise.After analyzing the present situation of study on enterprise knowledge management, humanity hypothesis of management theory in western economics and humanity theory in eastern tradition culture, the concept of self-free man with its characteristics is brought forward. It includes larger power to independent decisions, higher degree of liberty and more self-consciousness. Furthermore, S-management model and its opinions are posed, such as flexible management, organization rebuilding, innovation first, cultural effects, distinguish between reward and punishment. At last, under the direction of S-management model, the key link and carrier of S-management model are discussed.
