Abstract/Summary:
Retail chain trade started from the 1990s in China, has quickly dominated domestic retail market. Since China entered into WTO, overseas retail giants of large quantity capital and technology and famous brand have started to enter domestic market, forming a situation of three equals: state-owned enterprises, foreign investment enterprises, and private enterprises. This takes domestic retail trade to a ring rough competition.Because of a later beginning, domestic retail trade has a big gap in capital scale, expand ability, cost control, brand value, marketing expertise and human recourses compared with overseas retail trade giants, especially the applicable technologies of supply chain management. So how to promote the supply chain managing level and get great development in the rough compete is the urgent theme to be solved in the retail field nowadays.In thesis, the author centered on how to promote the management of supply chain in domestic retailing enterprises, investigated and analyzed supply chain management implementation in some domestic retail chain enterprise, focused on analyzing the existing problems in supply chain management of domestic retail enterprises, such as: management ideas, information system construction, logistics system, cooperation relation, large scale economic, expand capital, skilled managers. Through the study and research about these question, the author, combined the developing condition of domestic retail industry and learnt many thing from the successful experience of foreign retail enterprises, gave promotion method from seven aspects: 1 , inner integration, 2, fulfill enterprise information construction, 3, promote the logistics management level of supply chain management, 4, improve the coordination among the members of the supply chain, 5, construct strategy league, 6, construct the marketing strategy in the international compete, 7, cultivate skilled managers of supply chain management. These procedures will be helpful to realize the regulation, advancement and modernization, promote the core competence of domestic retail chain enterprise.This thesis can be divided into four chapters:In the first chapter, the topic selecting background, significance, researchingmethod and structure;In the second chapter, the developing condition, advantages, developing trend direction and the formation of the supply chain and integration;In the third chapter, the problems exist in the supply chain management in domestic retail enterprises are mainly discussed;In the fourth chapter, the promotion procedures of the supply chain management in domestic retail enterprises.
